No. The processing fee covers the work of preparing and submitting the file, so it is non-refundable regardless of the outcome. Government and biometric fees follow the embassy's own rules.

Yes. Tapping the WhatsApp number on any card opens a chat with the destination already written into the message.
Submit the application form with your agency details. Once documents are verified, we issue your agent login, usually within one working day.
Verified agencies can request a credit limit after a short booking history. Your relationship manager sets the limit with you.
