By creating an agent account or submitting a visa file you accept these terms in full.
2. Fees
Processing fees are non-refundable. Government, biometric and courier charges are payable by the applicant.
3. Outcomes
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate. We prepare and submit files; we do not influence decisions.
4. Bookings
Air, hotel and transfer bookings follow the cancellation policy of the supplier shown at the time of booking.
5. Accounts
Agents are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under their account.

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
